This West London restaurant and delicatessen specialises in locally sourced ‘field-to-table’ food and drink. We were commissioned to design a space that reflected its sustainable ethos. Ranged over two floors, the interior (short-listed for a 2021 Restaurant and Bar Design award) features a café and deli, with a separate private dining room. The basement was reconfigured to include a wine cellar and cheese room. A kitchen made from solid oak and furniture, such as the woven pendant lights or benches, was also commissioned to emphasise the restaurant’s earth-friendly, natural approach.
